Youth Creative Applications
A member must be a regularly attending member of a Salvation Army Church who is committed to living the lifestyle of a Jesus follower
A person who wishes to be a member must continue to be actively involved in their church’s music or AV team where such exists.
All members are admitted after an audition with the appointed team and their corps officer’s approval. The purpose of this process is to ascertain placement in the group, allow prospective members to demonstrate their love of God, and ensure that they understand the purpose and commitment to Youth Creative groups.
Members are asked to commit themselves to a full season (Oct 1st-July 1st) so as not to disrupt from the general development of the group and ensuring the consistent quality of the group throughout the season.
Rehearsals will take place once a month. The time and location will be given to you by your group leader. Transportation arrangements and attendance are the responsibility of each individual member.
Youth Creative members will be expected to attend Divisional events such as FUSE, Music Camp, Youth Creative Retreats and Youth Creative Conference. These dates will be communicated to you by your leaders. These groups will also have the opportunity to perform or take part in events throughout Ontario.
