Sheryl has been in full-time youth and children’s ministry for almost 25 years. She holds a Master of Arts in Children’s and Family Ministry,  and is in constant pursuit of new and innovate ways to help children, teenagers and families understand and live out the complex truths of the gospel in a relevant way as they follow Jesus with their lives.  A gifted strategist and creative catalyst, Sheryl currently serves as the Children’s Ministries Secretary for The Salvation Amy Canada and Bermuda territory on the Canada Bermuda Youth team, helping to champion ministry to the next generation, and to resource leaders effectively to work an effective strategy to reach youth, children and their families. She spends her days helping leaders think outside the box using creative brainstorming tools, and then helps them turn their great ideas into actual projects, resources and events. 

Kevin has been in full time ministry within The Salvation Army for 30 years, with over 25 of those years having direct focus on next generation ministries. He is the Territorial Director of Discipleship on the Canada Bermuda Youth team, responsible for developing resources and strategy to help strengthen a disciple-making culture that lays and builds long-lasting faith foundations. Kevin holds a Masters of Theological Studies with an emphasis in youth ministry, and authored Battle Ready, a senior soldier preparation course for teens, as his summative project. He is now working towards his Doctor of Ministry in the “Ministry to Emerging Generations” program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
